About the role

 

The role requires a positive and energetic individual with proven experience in phone sales, Account management and exceptional ability to build strategic relationships.

 

As an Internal Account Manager, you are responsible for:

  • Developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers
  • Managing the hire process and liaising between customers and internal stakeholders
  • Educate customers on the products and services we offer
  • Build a strong rapport with customers and ensure they are engaged with our products and promote and upsell additional products and services we offer. 
  • Provide quotes and quote follow up calls
  • Follow up new business leads
  • Monitor and confirm existing booking requests
  • Support and work closely with business development team and internal stakeholders
  • Follow up with inactive accounts

To be successful, you will be:

  • Experienced in outbound sales
  • Outgoing and energetic team player
  • Confident working in a KPI oriented sales environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent Telephone Manner
  • Committed to providing great a great customer experience
  • A strong communicator with good listening skills
  • Training is provided as our service and products are unique.
