As a member of a dedicated team, you will often be the first point of contact with our customers, whether face-to-face or on the phone.
This role is about finding out what our customers need and providing them with solutions, so a sound knowledge of equipment is advantageous.
This role is also responsible for coordinating (and making) deliveries and pick-ups so a working knowledge of the local area is essential.
The work is varied and interesting, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

The role involves:
- Face to face and telephone customer service
- Providing equipment advice and offering equipment solutions to satisfy customer needs
- Providing our customers with safety and operating instructions
- Making deliveries and pick-ups of equipment
- Cleaning and maintenance of equipment so that it is ready for hire
- Creating sales at the computer at time of inquiry
- Managing and controlling hire records as well as other admin related tasks
You must be a reliable, hardworking individual who enjoys working as part of a team and providing service to customers, with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
A driver's licence with a good driving record is also a requirement of this role.
